"I've spoken to Taylor a few times now, regarding my policy and changes. Every time I've spoken with her, she is such a delightful person. She takes her time (patience is a must-have) and answers any and all questions with knowledge and care. Insurance is NOT a fun task for me but speaking with such an upbeat and kind person, as Taylor is, makes the process so much easier. "This office is never short of great and fantastic service. Taylor Ellison specifically is very helpful, kind and getas the job done.
